The business needed to transition from a standard guesthouse into a fully-fledged luxury boutique hotel while also offering lifestyle and wellness services.

Maureen envisioned transforming Silver Reeds into a luxury boutique hotel, redefining its market positioning to attract high-value clients, including corporate travelers, government departments and tourists. Her goal was to expand the business’s offerings beyond accommodation by introducing a hospitality academy, premium short-term rentals and lifestyle services such as a spa, gym, and traditional cuisine experiences. Additionally, she sought to establish a solid foundation for future expansion, exploring opportunities to grow into new locations and adjacent sectors within the hospitality and travel industry.
