Tranquillita Spa is a new player in the beauty and wellness industry based in Johannesburg South Africa. We were tasked with developing the Tranquillita brand allowing it to project a modern, yet unique look and feel, providing users with a seamless experience across all key touchpoints, online and offline.
Omedia Intelligence conducted a virtual Brand Strategy workshop with Tranquillita's key stakeholders team to learn their industry, define their brand, understand their users and prioritise their content. By conducting competitive analysis, we were able to identify several areas to prioritise from a design and branding perspective.
